Who's birthday it is!
The whole restaurant was for us, just the two of us with the best view to dine. Fine dining at Soi23, Over-see KL Tower and KL town was one the best thing one could do.
Oh, 3rd pic is the bar on rooftop. You can both see KL Tower and Twin Tower clearly from the bar as well.. The pool is something notable as well.
