It's been sometime since I was commissioned to document a music band. But for some years before, in the early 90s, I have documented music bands, bistro sa amoranto was a commissioned work, joey ayala's bagong lumad sojourns up in the mindanao countrysides, palawan, and gigs in the cities, memorable pictures at ccp performances..and many more bands, for assignments, some for cover albums, some for publicity purposes...others, for personal use of the artists...every assignment, all, I enjoyed shooting..here are latest for an aussie band, the sheppards...dynamic duo, brother and sister, george and amy..made beautiful music, pop, folk, love songs, and aspirations..it was lovely to have photographed them, while in manila, to record their first album.
