Oh my gosh, guys, this is delicious!! I was a little skeptical, using Garbonza beans in place of tuna, but it was SO good. Tasted like a tuna sandwich!!
1 can garbonza beans, rinsed, drained, smashed
1/2 c vegannaise
mustard
onion
dill pickles, diced (may use sweet relish)
salt, pepper, any spices
chopped celery, (I use chopped cucumber, too)
I used lemon powder (may use lemon juice, or unsweetend Kool-aid lemonaid powder, to taste)
dill
(you can make it any old way you've made tuna salad in the past, just use the chick peas instead of tuna. You will truly be amazed. It would work great atop a salad, as well). Let me know what you think!!

oh wow! this is one of my faves from way back. i don't like mayonnaise so veganaise or nayonnaise doesn't really float my boat either. i use olive oil or a cucumber salad dressing when i make this. it is sooooooo tasty in a pita!! i love your vegan blog. it totally rocks.
