Enlarge this picture!! The sauce I used on the asparagus was "Nacho Cheesy Sause". No cheese or milk was used in this recipe, and it was the best cheese sauce I've ever had!!

This is a great vegan dish. It contains penne pasta, tomatoes in puree, onion, garlic, navy or white beans, spinach, and soy cheese. Very easy.

this looks so so good and I love asparagus... great shot too.. you are enticing me to eat more this way ... love the simplicity ...
