These "egg" patties fry up very nicely. They are loaded with imitation bacon bits.

Great hardy breakfast for those lazy weekend mornings. My skeptical husband, who did not want any, couldn't resist this plate when handed to him, and he was very much surprised, and ate the whole thing. He even said it was really good!!

These "bakin' egg" patties are a tester recipe. They were wonderul!! I topped them with my cheesy sauce, which I love so well. Remember, no eggs, bacon, cheese or milk were used in this breakfast. Completely vegan!! These would be great on an English Muffin, with a slice of soy bacon, or sausage.
