This was a pretty easy dish. I just sauteed a pan full of onions and mushrooms in margarine, until browned. Then I made a basic white sauce (margarine, flour, unsweetened soy milk). Added the mushrooms and onions, threw in some 3 Italian blend soy cheese, salt & pepper, parsley and garlic powder, and some nutrional yeast (I may leave out the nutritional yeast next time, made it taste really close to my macaroni and cheese). I steamed some broccoli, zucchini and carrots thinly sliced for 1 minute, added them to the sauce. Put that over pasta.
