Here they are starting to brown up nicely.......the goal is to make them crispy.

Put a little ketchup on them, and personally, I think these would be great for breakfast!

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I make something similar but my potatoes are boiled and mashed before I combine them with corn, cheese and tuna, then rolled i bread crumbs. You've got me curious here now ;)
