I believe this guy from this stall specializes in small fish. I am amazed by his intense concentration in cleaning, cutting and packing that are hardly longer than 10 cm in length.

If you have time you can go すしざんまい(sushi-zanmai) in tsukiji ,where is not so expensive but the taste is good. 有3000日元就能吃得很好 for lunch
