Coral Pink Sand Dunes

Today's landscape is from the Coral Pink Sand Dunes in Utah. About 7 years ago, for my birthday, I gave myself a trip to Utah to photograph these dunes, Zion, and Bryce Canyon. Please view larger.

This is a copy of a slide I took with my Yashicamat 124G 6x6 camera. A good old fashioned camera with a crank to wind the film and nothing automatic about it. It's fun and cool to shoot with. If you can get your hands on a Twin Lens Reflex, go for it!

vollenda Thanks all. :) Hot, yeah, they do look hot. But I was there in the middle of May and the nights were still in the 30's. I remember the sand being cool and soft. No one else was out there and I remember wondering what critters had made those tracks.
