Wow, you really got him in the moment with the 2nd picture. I've tried to do that so many times with my cat but always miss it! nice. I like the color in the first pic... it's different than what is normally seen.

With a name like Spike he's bound to have some rough edges! Gorgeous kitty & great shots! My cat has a bad side too, we call it "the Mamba". It can strike at any time! I haven't caught it on camera yet. Great job!

hehe. Thanks all. I didn't name him. He was given to me by a cousin who's fiance was supposedly allergic to him. I nicknamed him Pookie hoping it would soften him up. :)

I love these! I think the second shot is very "spikey" (look at those fangs!) and therefore prefer it, but the first shot is a lovely portrait. stripey rotter - hee!
