i really like your pics with the orton effect. they make me think of my son's books. of the feeling i get when the authors describe the worlds the characters inhabit. the palm tree silhouettes in the last shot made me smile. i want some.

Beautiful colors in all three shots.To be honest, I didn't know that was the orton effect. I had heard about the orton effect, but never looked into it. I was messing around in photoshop and got that result with the soft light/gaussian blur combo. It give the shot a nice dreaminess with a little more saturation. I'm rocking the suburbs too so I know how you feel about the landscape. Thanks for the love, and I look forward to work.
