Okay, maybe I should clarify that my first Schwinn I got when I was 6 and the 2nd one I got when I was 10! I still have the Schwinn mountain bike (Kermit) and Blue. Yes, I name my bikes.

i miss my schwinns. my first was a coppertone stingray. (i REALLY wish my parents had kept that one.) my second a bright yellow varsity. and my third a pale opaque blue le tour; that was the one that made me love bikes. blue is worthy of an ode.

My Schwinn was fire engine red and beautiful. Your bike is a winged mode of transportation—and she does take you to wonderful places. It's a great photo.

I love the post processing on this and that you named your bike (and so creatively too ;-) )! How wonderful that you traded in a car for your bike!
