It was in a plastic cup, thank goodness. Just irritating, not painful. I do wear a helmet. Always. :)

You know Lisa, someone once told me that a bad action or word from someone always says way more about that person than about you. I always feel very sorry for an individual that acts badly like that. They are never going to experience true happiness. I believe we are all brothers and sisters and should act as such. I am really sorry for the bad behavior of that person. I am so glad you are ok and were not hurt. You are such a sweetheart!! Yes, it is bright and beautiful and full of light. I will admit at times the light is much brighter than others Beautiful photos to demonstrate your thoughts....

Oh Lisa. I am sorry to hear what happened... A beautiful post with a wonderful quote...so, so true and is what I needed to hear right now. I do yoga too and it help me relax as I can wind myself up so much, but I believe in karma and that is why I try and be a good person always. Hats? Ummmm....if only you knew my passion for hats!!!

i love the bottom shot. it's brooding, but i don't think it's ominous. i think someone shallow enough to throw a can would never understand it, either.

Glad you didn't get knocked off your bike.. Sometimes us bike riders take a lot of guff from messed up people..But you are right most of the world is good and you can come here and see who really cares about you.. Love the pretty post!! That's awful! I would really so angry, but man! it is hard when we can't catch that person. I want to be like you, that can just forget about and and relax. So many time i told myself to forgive and let it go, but then I say back to myself NO WAY! i must do something back with what bad someone did to me:( Very beautiful post, especialy the b&w one. Err.. *shy* my favorite color for hat is cream or sand:)) Anyway I am more exciting to see Spike with his hat!! must be so cool

It is a shame that people can be like that. In these days people do not care about others and get their amusement at the expense of others. However, you did the right thing. You went home and calmed down and channeled your energy into something creative. Great work again.
