Caturday Interview

When we heard about Caturday, we decided to do something a little different for it. Spike decided he would give an interview so you could get to know the cat behind the camera...

Lisa: Who were your best friends growing up?
Spike: Emma Rose and Sophie, both great little dogs. They taught me exactly what I'm not supposed to do, like acknowledge you when you call me, obey commands, etc.

Lisa: I hear you like to hang out in the closet when you get scared. What's that about?
Spike: Hey, that's only during earthquakes and fireworks. I thought we weren't going to tell anyone about that!

Lisa: Oh sorry. Then tell us what your favorite food is.
Spike. Refried beans, of course. Nobody made them like your Grandma! I miss her cooking.

Lisa: Aren't you supposed to like Tuna or fishy stuff?
Spike: Ewwww.

Lisa: Can you please tell the readers why you insist on fighting me over the yoga mat while I'm trying to do pilates and yoga?
Spike: Because everything that's yours is MINE. And I get dibs.

Lisa: What's with the stalking of me in my own house?
Spike: I'm a cat, it's what I do.

Lisa: Yeah, but do you have to attack me in the middle of the night while I sleep?
Spike: I'm a cat, it's what I do.

Lisa: So when you hide between the shower curtain and the liner every morning, do you think I can't see you? You know the shower curtain is clear, right?
Spike: I'm a cat, it's what I do.

Lisa: Oh, that's your answer for everything.
Spike: You got a problem with that?
