DuckArt?

These are some of my favorites from the duck pond. I'm always amazed at how the water changes as I move around the pond and change the angle of the shot. From the blue, blue, blue of the reflected sky to the painted watercolor greens of the reflected trees. Nature is cool, eh?

So...I think I'm finally done with my website. Or at least how it will look. I have to finish uploading photos. And I will be moving the Guestbook and Netsurfing items into the Photographer menu so I can add a recently added photos page and then MAYBE...someday...a prints for sale page. :)

You may have seen me playing with my copyright and I think I finally got it: L-iMaGes which is a play on my initials and the word images using some fonts that I got from dafont.com

Anyway, I saw Lindy's post on dreams the other day and one of my dreams is to make something of my photography. I don't know if I've got what it takes but I have to try. I have been lucky that word of mouth has given me about 6-10 paid assignments a year. I am going to work on marketing myself a little more.

Which brings me to the next project - business cards. At an event I did last month, someone asked me for one because she was getting married and I had to tell her I didn't have any! Now that I have a website and a "look", I can start working on the business cards so that won't happen again.
