Earth Day Politician

2008.04.22
pixel
Most people didn't notice when he was following them.
pixel
He was deep in character. :)
pixel
It must be fun to be someone else for a weekend.
pixel
His antics gave me a chance to get a whole series of him.
pixel
And then he saw me.
pixel
And headed in my direction! Oh no, what would he do? Would I be his next target?
pixel
But he just wanted to smile for my camera! ;)

Part 3 of the Renaissance Faire. From the exotic to the absurd...

This is dedicated to all those politicians who think "a little oil drilling here, a little less nature preserve there, one more animal gone everywhere" doesn't make a difference to the world we live in.

I'm just saying. ;)

Happy Earth Day! May the earth smile upon you today.

MHJphotos Great post my friend! #7 is priceless. Kind of reminds me of Al Gore ... =) Sorry ... I couldn't resist.

I am always overly impressed with your exposure ... always SPOT on. Did you load a custom curve into your D200? I'm serious ... every shot you post is perfectly exposed.

jagungal Great set Lisa. Someone has already commented on your consistently perfect exposures — how do you do it? Wonderful colour, movement and mood in these.

Carley This is a wonderful series!! However, do you really think it's appropriate to call this guy a politician? Weren't the jesters supposed to be very wise??? ::)))

SheriJ I am thinking more animals less people?? Hope that doesn't offend anyone. But people are tough critters to please alot of the times. This guy looks really kool and fun!! Thanks for the smile..
