So, as the sun set on my day at Victoria Gardens, I captured some random details of the outdoor mall.
Then I decided to experiment with the Orton effect.
Tackylady1 used it on some of her posts and I really liked it. I may have gone a little overboard!
The first four use the effect, the last one is a straight shot. I'm not sure I got it right because I have Photoshop Elements 5 and it took me a while to figure it out. But I think I got it. Now I just have to figure out the right amount of the effect to use.
