These are some of the zippy planes from the Cable Air Fair.
During take-offs and landings and fly-bys, I was able to get some up close photos. There were some beautiful planes and very cool experimental ones.
But it was the aerobatic ones that were heart stopping. It was when they were in the air that I wished for a longer lens. Still, a couple of them weren't too far off.
Oh, and they were raffling off flight lessons. I didn't win. But I was wondering if I would have the guts to take them. It can be scary to take that first step out of the nest!
