I've always been a photo geek. A few weeks ago I heard about the "photo 365" idea. I thought "umm, I wonder if I could do that. I wonder what I would see. Does it take more time, or just more awareness?"
I don't consider myself a 365'er, but the last three weeks have tought me much more than I anticipated. The obvious of course. I've learned more about my camera, and Adobe Lightroom. But I've learned other bits I didn't expect.
Where I spend my days. What I see. This photoblog is becoming a flipbook of the space around me. A wide agle view comprised of these little mosaics-of-a-day. It's interesting to compare the pictures here, this collection of snapshots of my space, with the description of life I have in my own mind. It's photojournalism, versus my romantic mind's eye. A person could get all contemplative doing this.
