There I was. Walking through Dulles International Airport. (IAD for you true travel geeks) when I looked down at the handrail on the moving sidwalk and thought "Moving tripod, stationary universe. Cool." I stepped aside, whipped out the camera, guessed some setting, and it was gamble time. I just put the camera on the handrial and shot blind. I want to play with this idea some more. The possibilities kept me awake for the initial hours on the plane. I imagine using all kinds of props or people. Place both on the handrail and watch the background slide past. Even props in the background. It could get very interesting very fast. Still people in a time machine.....

I actually did shoot some pictures when I arrived at my destination, but they are so very different from these pictures that it would be odd to post them in the same entry. Therefore, I will be holding them for a day.
