mystery chocloate

One of the perks of working where people are constantly traveling, is the food. We all eat, and we eat for fun. Someone went overseas and brought back come chocolates. I'm not sure who made the trip, or to where. They returned with these chocolate bars. It's about 4 inches long, and I have no idea what the wrapper says. I have a suspicion that I shot the photo upside down. Good chocolate though. Reminded me of the Cadbury "Flake" bars. Only this was a darker chocolate.

If anyone can identify this chocolate, or it's region of origin, I'd be grateful.
