lady bird

I came home and this old bird was sitting on my porch railing. I walked right past, opened the door, and she simply watched me. I waited a few minutes and walked back out with the camera. She walked back and forth on the railing to maintain space, but didn't seem to mind the camera. I shot these without actually looking through the viewfinder. I used a 20 mm lens, maybe 18 inches away.

I watched, and flew away shortly after I stopped shooting. I hope it was ok.
