It was quite overcast I can see. That usually can go one way or the other for these types of shots. I like your take though and I like shot twelve.

What a great fair. Very nice how you captured a lot of very different details. Most of the time I use the bracketing function of my camera. Normal- under -overexposure. sometimes it`s easier to take the sky for the right exposure and to brighten up the dark parts with PS (or equal).
