I thought I would try and salvage what I could with some pseudo HDR processing of the raw file. Unfortunately it turmed night into day and wreaked psychedelic havoc with the picture. Here I'v toned it down a much as I could but I can't get rid of the red cast from the artificial lighting without the whole picture going psychedelic.

I think the previous post (which went into my favourites) is the most successful. It reminded me of Wynn Bullock's work. Here, in the RAW capture it might be worth creating a layer mask and increasing the exposure in just the foreground. The clouds lose their mystery in Nos. 2 and 3 and just become messy. Some selective sharpening (of the foreground) might be in order. You can also recover the colours by selectively desaturating the red channel or dialing down the luminance values for red and orange. Well, you did ask...
