A new soccer stadium will get you through times of recession better than unemployment will get you through times of no soccer.
When I took this shot it was about 6 in the evening, -20 degrees centigrade and bible black but I noticed there were poor sods 50 meters up on the construction frame, welding.
Some folks work for their living.
The image is a bit fuzzy but it was hand held at 1/3 of a second so that was the price...
