MANGO TANGO

This is the season of MANGO in Burma. The marketplaces here are crowded with mango vendors. FYI, we have tens of different mango varieties in Burma. Our people eat mango in various ways. They eat it as dessert, they eat with fish-paste, they sometimes eat it with MA-SA-LA. Not surprisingly, you can see mango trees nationwide. Burma seems to be rich soil for mango trees.

This is the mango tree at my friend's house. This is famous type of mango known as MA CHIT SU. People eat it in green stage. It smells good and the taste is also unique.
