I'm totally
not Catholic. Ask me why I went to mass today, and I do not have an answer... I was just... there...
The
Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis is supposed to be super duper beautiful and it's not even a block from my job so I thought I'd check it out. Just so happens there is mass going on during my lunch break. For some reason I stuck around... and yeah, that's me totally taking a picture in the middle of "in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost, amen" but at least I turned the flash off! hehe
Mass is like whoa. Everyone reads from this book that's not the Bible and everyone knows exactly when to sit, stand, and kneel... and everyone knows what to say when the guy in the robe finishes saying a sentence... and it's sooooo
quiet... even before the ceremony thing started and even after it was over... for a minute I felt like my
breathing was way too loud.
So that was my adventure for today. And then I got some Subway.
