pink eye

I woke up this morning and noticed my right eye was kinda sticky and gross, but I figured it was just irritated from putting my contacts in with guacamole fingers the day before (mmmm... guacamole...)

But by 9 am, it was itchy and leaky (by the way, what is the English word for "lagañas", does anyone know?), so I gave myself the afternoon off and came home to put medicine in it. It looks so ugly! I even got a sympathy "aw girl, you are so pretty" from an old man at Shop n Save.

Oh well... I hope it doesn't look as bad tomorrow.
