I've officially stuck to a diet for a whole 4 weeks! I'm down seven pounds. Seven more to go! And it's not that I think I'm fat or anything. I just... wanted to see if I could do it. I've always been all "I HAVE to eat everything I want to eat," and "I'd be SO MISERABLE if I had to give up any food" blah blah, so as I'm working on discipline in other areas of my life, I figured I'd count calories as I go along also.
