dude it's awesome to own a house at such a young age! nosotros compramos la nuestra cuando teniamos 22 and we're still so in love with it. We weren't even married yet pero alli andabamos de lichos en cada open house tambien y pescados del internet buscando casas, it was a great experience =) We know that real estate is great for buying right now, we’re just waiting for a new subdivision to open up north in Laredo to actually start the process I guess. In the mean time we’re still looking in case a good opportunity presents it self. Yo le digo a mi esposo que I want to FLIP A HOUSE (Lo que me a dejado ver TLC) I will really love to do something like that with our first investment but I guess my hubby has other ideas.
