Mom's Raise'n

2007.06.20

This is the sand stone home my husband's mother was raised in on the farm. It was built by her great grandfather with rock from a local quarry. The small cabin had been a school house way back when and was moved to the property and used as a grainery. Though this place is not in her family any longer, she still speaks lovingly about it and I love to drive by it every so often. I wish they still had it. What a great place.

Sheldon A classic. These are the type of houses that are my favourite in any little old town. Nice combination of pictures.
