Wow..I do love these blue sky shots, too. soldotnamanda and I were talking today about your shots and the blue sky - our skies seem to be more blue in the winter - we were wondering if it is the low angle light...any thoughts? Beautiful, wonderful shots - again :)

Gorgeous,the blue skies are beautiful but I really love the bits of colour given by the trees (willow?),which remain even when the blue skies disappear.Another wonderful set!

The infinite in the finite - one of the attractions of nature and landscape photography, I think. It is very apparent in your work here and in general. I love #1 for the way focus is used in the middle ground and its interaction with the rest of the scene and #3 for its clarity and beautiful light.

Very beautiful! I enlarged the first one to see if that was a person snowshoeing. In doing so I saw how the snow was sparkling. I wish it looked like that here. Just wet and raining.
