Sunflowers are such happy yellow sunny flowers. This is a good choice. It feels good to look at them.

These are gorgeous...and very timely - we have been getting LOTS of snow, too, and although I love it as well a nice bit of bright yellow from one of my favorite flowers was much appreciated!

We've been getting a little snow here over the past few days as well, but it has everyone giddy! These are so bright and cheery. Wonderful shots, and very timely for some it would seem!

It snowed for days here as well.... now today it got up to 45 and is POURING down rain! SUN, SUN, I want sun.... or sunflowers! :-)

No snow here (which would be nice.... occasionally!!)... but i have.. as is usual this time of year.... a bloody flu............ so I too look forward to winter ending... and flu type stuff going away!!!!

sunflowers are my FAVORITE!!! seriously - my mom has a tradition of getting them for me on my b-day each year and i look forward to it! i want to be lost in a field of them right now. it was really snowy here last night but for the moment right now it's sunny - i wish i could send it your way too!!

These flowers didn't get their name from the nowhere! Bright yellow, sun rays-like petals... So warming and beautiful. My fav is #1.

Trust me it will stop snowing the moment you wish it never does. Murphy's laws. I have it worst trust me, there no yellow and no sun, but there is no snow either: just grey clouds and rain. Oh, if only it were aummer and I were wearing a garland of these sunflowers.
