@ Hoover Dam. Somehow it looked a lot smaller and less spectacular than my impression of it from an earlier roadtrip in 2002. Maybe it had something to do with the ongoing construction near the dam. We were also dismayed that the temperature had gone up by at least 10 degree celsius as we approached Nevada.

PY! That seared foie gras with scallop looks simply to die for! Too bad we didn't get to have more in Napa. Anyhoo, we totally missed you on the last day! PS was half expecting me to punch her at night *winks*
