Grand Teton National Park

The trip to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks were absolutely wonderful. This is probably one of my favorite trips in the States, and those national parks are certainly ranked the best among those that I've been to. Grand Teton is so breathtakingly beautiful, and Yellowstone is just so different (with the geysers, hot springs and wildlife!). And, I am glad that we went at the tail end of summer, and were able to witness the change in weather - from sunny and comfortable to chilly and snowy :D And this is definitely the best season to see the leaves of the aspens turning to spectacular tints of red and yellow.

This's the focaccia that I baked before leaving for the park, so that's pretty much what we had for breakfast (together with jam that we stole/took from a restaurant) for the first few days ;)
I should have added more parmesan cheese to the bread, and Minghao thought it was a bit strange that the bread had a spicy taste to it (probably due to the black pepper I added).
