Thanks again! Believe it or not, I am so claustrophobic I can't even wear a seatbelt (I know that's really bad, but I can't seem to get past it). But I usually have no trouble diving. I just have to stay OUT of everything - no caves, wrecks, swimthru's, underneath piers, etc. Don't care for snorkeling, though, too much work! In diving, the gear does all the work, all I do is float around and take photos! Actually, I got an unexpected opportunity to get back down to Bonaire the end of next month, so I'll be torturing you all again soon with more Bonaire pic's! Thanks for all the nice comments! |

OMG ! These photos are the perfect travelogue ! The flamingo and the donkeys are priceless ! Did you get to do all of the diving you wanted???
Thank you! You're too kind. Well, I always want to do MORE diving, but yes, I got in plenty of dive time. I'm afraid I cheated a bit, I've been to Bonaire so many times I included photos from prior trips. Tough to cram it all into a week, I think the Europeans have the right idea - they go on vacation for 2-3 weeks at a time. Sign me up! ;)

These photos remind me of the things that I miss about my home town...TV in the park is, surely, an interesting commentary about NYC people ! The steel tress are amazing - when did they go up?

Oh ! Such a hard thing! I feel for you ! One of mine is 19 now - and still plays like a kitten - the thought of not having him in my life is so hard. Vinnie is happy & well now, & is playing with other angels in a field of the finest catnip!
Thank you very much!

Fabulous shot-but who would expect anything else from you :.)
Yes i did. I used a Hoya CPL filter on Tokina 12-24, with bracketing function turned on my Nikon D80.Did you use a polarizer? The sky really punches this photo so well! cheers Mathew |
