He is nearly 20 years old now and he's mean. I have the scars to prove it. He was in a metal lock down cage at the pound in 2003 when I found him and I couldn't get him freed up unless I could get a rescue group to sign off on him. He was declawed, so he was a biter and he was an angry soul. I told him he was never getting off of this planet without knowing love. Someone did something to him to make him so angry. He is stubborn. He has never completely stopped being mean, but he picks his moments now. There's nothing quite like waking up to him sinking his teeth into your foot in the middle of the night and then he runs off knowing he got you. But really, you could say he has a face that only a mother could love or more likely it was his looks that saved him. He has taught me a lot about myself in a strange way. I have to say that he's the best cat I've ever had. If I had karma to pay off, he was sent my way for a reason and so I accept that. Hey, God, I'm good for the next few lifetimes. As for Mr. Lucky, he's special.
