During our week stay in Victoria, we set aside one day to visit a truly amazing place. The internationally famous Butchart Gardens is about a 45 minute bus ride north of Victoria. It is a huge garden park covering about 50 acres. The 4 or so hours we were there was barely enough time to see most of the gardens, but the colors, the flowers, the water features and landscaping were simply overwhelming. At every turn you are bombarded with flowers of all types and the colors challenge your senses. Here are a few photos of this incredible place...
