Aunt Vida's Hyacinth

These are Aunt Vida's Hyacinths. When she died, I knew there'd be no one to care for her house or her plants, so I transferred a few of her bulbs to a little spot in my back yard. Perhaps see looks down every spring and smiles when this little patch blooms.

Sadly, these are all that remain of her flowers…her house is falling down-empty since she died, and her once beautiful flowers have been choked by weeds.

I'm off to enjoy the rest of the day! It's way too nice to waste my day writing. toodles…

It is sad that nobody wanted your Aunt's house! Houses die of loneliness, without people living in them...
