Kaygetsu Dinner

Kaygetsu is closing in two weeks, so we are going for a last dinner, an Ala Cart dinner to compliment our Kaiseki dinner of two weeks ago

We ordered a delicious bottle of Saka – Yamahai 50 Nama, “Last Ride Home” Nama is unpasteurized sake “with that unique marriage of acidity and depth achievable only through the Yamahai brewing methond.”

Two weeks earlier we had a Kaiseki dinner and I forgot to bring my camera. Below is the menu from that wonderful dinner.
