Taking a walk from 9am to 10am on a Monday is an excellent Sabbath activity, as there are no one around, except for a few expat women who woke up late. Else this is very therapeutic to my soul... all alone, walking with God, communicating with Him...

The human soul is not meant for the rush of city life, we so desire to have time to pause and be by ourselves. Today is good, my soul was quietened for an hour....

For those who seek to have quietness in their everyday lives, they would have to pay so much more to stay in these locations, however, they are all not at home to enjoy this quietness, the ones enjoying this environment are the cleaners and security guards. Irony of life.
