Last Seollal (Lunar New Year) I went to the beautiful Jeju island. Unfortunetly I didn't take a camera with me (I know, I'm disappointed in myself)! All of my pictures are from my old camera on my phone, so the quality isn't great. Jeju is just such a beautiful island that I didn't want to wait for my next trip to post pics. Jeju was formed by a volcano, leaving it with so many natural wonders to see!
These statues are everywhere! If you touch their heads it is said that you will have a higher chance of having your baby be a boy. Notice how I'm not touching them? I can barely handle teaching kids, I'm nowhere ready to have my own yet.
I am planning another trip to Jeju over New Years again. I'll be sure to take better pictures and link them here, and hereonce they're up!
