MANEKI-NEKO

The maneki-neko is probably one of the Japanese amulets more acquaintances out of the Japanese borders. Literally “ cat that it invites to enter ”, the maneki-neko is an enterteining white cat with one of his legs, normally the left side raised at a the level of the ear and with the palm towards ahead. In another hand so called koban has a currency tight and of the neck it hangs a small sleigh-bell.
The key of the maneki-neko is to know that the gesture that does the cat is the Japanese gesture to call someone and to ask him to approach us. For it, this cat is very wanted by the Japanese and it is normal to see it in any establishment or Japanese house, since it is believed that the cat calls to the prosperity, the happiness, the success, the money, whereas the sleigh-bell of the neck banishes to the villains spirits.

It is important to stress that there exist cats that they greet with the right leg, since in Japan it is believed that this one is to leg that attracts the money and the fortune, whereas the left side attracts the clients and the people.

I can touch that object with such crispiness, details and colours. How you played with black and white and framing is really clever.
Oh and by the way, your tag on the top right side is superb.
