December 2019. It is time to go to a place were the light in brighter than our beloved Orleans. Shortly after Xmas, we flighted to Porto, the second main town of Portugal. As soon as we landed I've been charmed by the atmosphere of this hilly city. We were staying in front of "jardinMarques de Oliveira" in the district of Fontaínhas. The morning after a good rest we started to discover an unique town under a gentle sunlight, delightful.
This city is all about its river and bridges. This one is the Ponte de Dom Luís I, certainly the most famous, build in 1886 by the German architect Théophile Seyrig that used to be a disciple of Gustave Eiffel.
