Shifting Season

Summer is definitely coming to a close in my little corner of the world. Daylight is rapidly fading and it is chilly right now. Also summer fruits and vegetables are slowly disappearing from the markets:(

Woke up to the sound of a torrential downpour this morning, something I've started to miss during an unusually hot summer this year.

Looking forward to the fall colours and snuggling up in a favourite cafe with a latte, cookie and a good book:)

Oh the change of seasons. It is inevitable and great when you actually have a change; down here in South Florida we have 'hot' and then 'really hot'. Those are our two seasons. =l
