The High Line

I adore photographing on non-sunny days. Gives me plenty of opportunities to photograph without people walking in/out of my frame when I least want them to.

And The High Line [thehighline.org] was a beautiful example of this. Soggy & cold morning…perfect opportunity to photograph here. And I really like the High Line…gorgeous space and fantastic to get away from the hustle & bustle of the city.

So it was a super inspiring morning for photographing! I came back later in the evening when it had cleared up and also another day when it was dry & the hordes was a tad overwhelming. So I'm very pleased that I came on a rainy day. Looking forward to coming back when more of the park is open!

LOVE these tables…designed to look like taxis! Super lovely! And the couple walking by just made this perfect;0)

Wonderful to sit here and listen to the bells. I stayed here for some time just to hear as much as I could. Had to shuffle along though…started to get a smidge cold…….brrrrrrr………..

One can tell you were super inspired; cause these really show an amazing display of photographic talent. I don't even know where to begin; all around beautiful shots. Cheers.

But if I had to favor one [which I do] it would be eighteen.

I was there last year.
It is a nice place to photography people on the street and the view of the water front as well as the buildings around the area.
Nice set of images!
