Whatever it is, I'm glad I don't have to pull out the white car with the black roof rack from the bottom left corner!

Maybe it's a popular New York game like "Pick up Stick"... but with cars!

FOUND IT

It's a parking 9W 35th St.

WOW!!!! What a nightmare for poor commuters who have to deal with this mish-mash every day,,,,Argh!!
Glad I'm out here, away from the maddening crowds.........I've done "my time" on the freeways during my careers!
Sheesh!

Were you the driver when you were on the freeways??? Did you have to be on them twice a day, during the rush hour commutes? You may not think it's such a "treat" after a while...(((GRIN))). For 8-years I had to be a driver on the busiest freeway, in San Antonio, TX, twice a day, during max rush hours, for 50 miles (roundtrip), five-days/week, with all the cars going at least 75mph, surrounding me......Argh!!!! I can't believe I did it, for all those years, without some sort of car crash........Lots of people, everyday, were not so lucky.......Whew!

Were you in a hover craft, when you shot the picture of the car park,
or just using your portable "jet pack"???
(((GRIN)))

We used to do the same thing when I was in High School. One of my favorite places to go "parking" with my "sweetie de jour" was to park at the end of the main runway at the San Antonio, TX International airport  to feel the "rush" of the giant airliners so close to our heads, just before they touched down! It was thrilling, especially feeling the thunderous engines & the rush of the air!!! I had forgotten about those daze......over 1/2 a century go.......Thanks for revitalizing my sorely neglected, rusty-dusty, memory recesses......

Ohhhhh......OK.....Your secret is safe w/me.......

That sounds like great fun, with one exception......I'd think it was fun, she would not.......(((GRIN/GRIMACE)))
She'd rather curl up by the fireplace & read, which I never do, any more. My dyslexia and the years I had to read for a living (editor) and all the books I had to read, throughout graduate school, pretty much burned me out on the "printed page".......The only things we still have in common is a genuine platonic/agape love for one another and still find a lot of the same things funny, so we do laugh, quite a bit, as well. There's a certain indefinable, illusive bond that has formed, over all these years, that is very strong. She knows she can count on me, if there's an emergency and so do I, with her. At this age, that means a lot to both of us, so I guess I'll be going to the airport, for the picnic in my car, with my camera, instead........(((GRIN)))
So nice to hear from you! Have fun! I love what you've done on your web site! Your photos are

My pleasure, Sis!
Unfortunately the airport here in Port Angeles has no regular commercial airliners, just a few small private planes that are not that exciting or numerous. What we do have around here, is plenty of marine traffic in the Harbor and out in the Strait, so that keeps me pretty busy. I never tire of watching those huge vessels "doing their things"....
You are correct! To picnic, is also a verb (my first job, just out of University, was as an english Teacher, in a public school in San Antonio, TX......
I'm am waiting for more of your great images, too! Cheers!

I had to pull out my car out of a even worse space in Knossos. The taxi drivers were very supportive and I felt as I would be trapped in one of this puzzle games (one square is missing in a frame, so you can move it until you give up), you win as a booby prize on a carnival.
I'm glad, I saw your picture not back than, I would have shot myself in the head! Too much realism in it!!!!
