After flying from Sydney to Hobart we grabbed our hire car and headed to Mt Wellington where it literally feels that you are on top of the world!

Mt Wellington is a mountain rising 1270 metres (around 4,000 feet) above Hobart's harbour and the wide Derwent River and provides a fantastic view especially on a nice day, which we had today! Shortly after we left literally within minutes the clous dropped making it impossible to see anything!

When we went to Mt Wellington in February (Aussie summer time) '94, it snowed, and talk about windy, wow. :))
