Playground
By Kamini

Fighting crying
laughing playing
skipping running
playing ball.

Bell ringing
doors banging
voices fading
wind chasing
sweet wrappers
as silence falls.

Imaginative decor, although the material is surprising.

L'originalité de cette aire de jeu nous rappelle aussi le gaspillage d'un Occident trop nanti qui a oublié la beauté simple et le sens de la "débrouille"...

That is a very cool playground- nothing like that here in the West. It reminds me of that learning style Regio Emilia (?)- I believe it is, and it's when the province in Italy used what was left over from the war to make a playground, and it worked and the kids ended up with a whole new learning style. How great is this?

I love things like this, made out of whatever materials are at hand, I especially love the giraffe swing, what fun! And the bath.... only in Africa! I love it!
