We set out building blocks
Of trust
Love
Honour
Faith
On top of each other
Until they rose into the sky,

But we set them on shaky foundations.

Even the most beautiful of skyscrapers can fall

Extraordinary. The culture shock must have been huge! These monsters (which have a sort of beauty) reminded me of the classic old movie Metropolis. Now to choose one to save!

Oh yes so many buildings, I loved being driven amongst these when I visited Dubai, found it all a little strange BUT it was enjoyable and an experience, looking forward to seeing more of your visit.

Thanks for the trip to Dubai - one of my bucket list destinations! Those buildings are works of art and you captured them perfectly. My favorite may be #2 in b/w - such distinct details.

I thought that I'd found my fave shot in #3 but tracking down they just got better, some of the reflections look great. But then I reach the last and that is my fave, always best till last Antonio, stunning looking place.
